Pune is getting it’s regional stage for the Startup World Cup, bringing together promising startups, investors, corporate leaders, and the wider innovation ecosystem.
The Pune Regional will provide selected startups an opportunity to pitch before an experienced panel of investors, corporate leaders, and ecosystem experts, with the regional winner advancing to the next stage of the global Startup World Cup.

From Pune to San Francisco
The Pune Regional is part of the global Startup World Cup organised by Pegasus Tech Ventures. Selected regional finalists will compete on stage in Pune for the opportunity to represent the region at the Startup World Cup in San Francisco.
San Francisco
- Semi-Finals: 4 November 2026
- Grand Finale: 6 November 2026
The Pune Regional Winner will advance to the San Francisco Semi-Finals.
Travel, visa, accommodation and other participation-related expenses for the San Francisco event will be borne by the winning startup. Startup World Cup / Pegasus Tech Ventures will provide the necessary official invitation/support documentation.
Startup Pitch Competition
Startups from across India will be invited to apply for the Pune Regional. Following the application and selection process, 10–15 startups will be selected as Regional Finalists to pitch live on stage at the Pune Regional.

- 4-minute startup pitch
- 2-minute judges’ Q&A
The Regional Winner will be selected by the official judging panel and will advance to the next stage of the Startup World Cup.
